Depending on circumstance we may be able to arrange pickup at the South Denver Metro Area.
Optionally delivery and pick up service may be purchased separately.
The security deposit is equal to the cost of rental. The deposit will be returned after the pool is received and found to be in the same condition it was rented in. Funds are typically returned within 7 days of the pool being returned. Please reach out as soon as you decide on a home water birth or wherever you are birthing with a pool. We book out up to 6 months in advance and with only 3 pools each month, so we book up quick. You are welcome to email or call or text us if you need a pool last minute, we will do our best to accommodate you!
Bookings Cancelled by 36 weeks will receive a refund of all but a non refundable $50 booking fee. Bookings cancelled after 36 weeks or after receiving the birth pool are not refundable, except for the security deposit.
You will need to provide you own hose for filling and emptying the pool, or purchase one as an add on from me. A RV drinking water hose is strongly recommended for filling, as garden hoses can contain lead, BPS's, and other toxic contaminates.
I only provide one sink adapter for filling, so you may need to purchase one to fir your specific sink.
You will be responsible for picking up the pool, (unless paying for pick up delivery service from me), setting it up, taking it down and doing basic cleaning of the pool after use, and returning it to me.
I strongly recommend doing a practice setup of the pool and familiarizing yourself with it before the start of labor.
Yes! A disposable liner must be used with each rental, but I also thoroughly clean and sanitize with hospital grade sanitizer and following strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols at every step of the process.
If you familiarize yourself with the pool set should take 30-60 minutes, depending mostly on your water pressure. Take down takes around the same amount of time.
While you do not need to do a thorough sanitizing, please make sure the pool and all components are rinsed, free of large particulate or visible blood/fluids, and that everything is dried before packing it back into the box. A liner is a must to use in the pool!
