Breastfeeding Education

Learn all about Breastfeeding! We start from the first hour of life to years out. 

-advantages of breastfeeding 

-breast milk basics (production, supply and demand, etc.)

-good latching techniques 

-positioning 

-how to know if baby is eating enough 

-how to get off to a good start while avoiding some of the common challenges

-pumping and storing breast milk 

-and more!

It is most helpful to take this class in the third trimester of pregnancy; partners are encouraged to attend as this course will also cover ways partners can support mom.
